Membership Eligibility Any individual, regardless of gender, with an Associate (or equivalent) Degree from an accredited college or university is eligible for membership. Student affiliate memberships are available to undergraduate students currently enrolled in a two- or four-year college or university.
AAUW is a non-profit organization.
Member dues for 2006-07 are $45 for national, $15 for state, and variable at the branch level. Student affiliate dues are $17 for national, with both state and branch dues waived.

In addition, when you join at the branch level, you automatically become a member of your state organization (AAUW-MT), the national association (AAUW) and the International Federation of University Women (IFUW).
